Return Policy

Return and Refund Policy:

All our products are packed with utmost care as we understand the needs of our customers.

Returns are accepted only for items delivered with damage or products with manufacturing defects.

• Policy around returns, exchanges, damages, and lost packages - Returns shall be accepted only if the customer agrees to return the items in the order in original packing. Refund will be considered upon verification of the products returned by the customer at their own expense. 100% refund will be provided in case of faulty product / manufacturing defects only if the product is returned in 7 days of receipt. If during the transit, any order is missing or lost by our courier partner, the order value will be refunded to the customer.
• Order processing and delivery times - Orders shall be processed in 24-48 hours in normal conditions. Incase of product unavailability, there may be delays and the customer shall be intimated of the same. The customer has the right to cancel the order and get full refund in case of non processing of the order even after 7 days.
• Refund shall be made to the original mode of payment or as agreed between AURAMEDI and the customer.
