Service, Shipping and Payment terms
- Shipping options - Shipping in India only.
- Supported shipping zones - All service areas based on pin codes accepted by courier partners will be served.
- Shipping costs - As stated in the order page. Only nominal fee is applied. For bulk orders, weight based shipping fee will be required. For more information please write to contact@auramedi.in
- Policy around returns, exchanges, damages, and lost packages - Returns shall be accepted only if the customer agrees to return the items in the order in original packing. Refund will be considered upon verification of the products returned by the customer. 100% refund will be provided in case of faulty product / manufacturing defects only if the product is returned in 7 days of receipt.
- Order processing and delivery times - Orders shall be processed in 24-48 hours in normal conditions. Incase of product unavailability, there may be delays and the customer shall be intimated of the same. The customer has the right to cancel the order and get full refund in case of non processing of the order even after 7 days.
- Payment options- Customer can make payment gateways given in the website. Cash payments are accepted only for order pick up from Kochi warehouse. You may reach us at contact@auramedi.in for more information.
